Reason for Failure: All were in agreement that the sale of anything created in North Pole City for profit is a strict violation of elf culture and guidelines. Council asked to consider the donation of the items to charities or orphanzges.

Reason for Failure: Although that there is a large number of requests for children to come to the North Pole, the council is all in agreement of denying this request. The secret of Santa is important to keep for the protection of all elves at North Pole City, so unfortunately this request cannot be granted at this time.

They shall be appointed for life or until such time they chose to step down from council and retire. No Fly Restriction
BE IT RESOLVED that the council gives the full power to the Department of Elfland Security's Flight Control and Security Division to confiscate any aircraft including balloons, toys, and drones that are in flight during any training sessions and/or flights of Santa's Sleigh. Such flights will be posted in advance to notify elves at North Pole City that there is a no flight restriction. |
