Onion Soup Potatoes

Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes.
Place the potatoes to a mixing bowl.
Mix oil and soup mix together in a small container.
Pour the oil/onion soup mixture over the potatoes, tossing them to evenly coat.
Spray a baking sheet or baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Spread the potatoes out onto the prepared pan in a single even layer.
Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees for 25 minutes (until the potatoes are fork tender).
Turn potatoes half way through to allow them to cook evenly.
