Microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes; stirring after 8 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
Stir in potatoes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Arrange potatoes on skewers.
Place on grill for 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown. (Turn after 4 minutes.)
