Beef Marinade

Servings: 1-2 lbs

1/4 CUP(S) worcestershire sauce
1/4 CUP(S) soy sauce
1/4 CUP(S) olive oil
1 TBSP mustard
1 TSP chopped garlic (heaping)
1/3 CUP(S) brown sugar
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 TBSP basil
1/2 TBSP parsley
1/2 TBSP pepper

Mix all ingredients in a container.
Pour over beef.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Cook beef to desired doneness and serve.

Special Notes:

I use this for beef kebobs, but it could be used as a beef roast marinade as well.
