Peppermint Tea

1 CUP(S) water
15-20 fresh mint leaves
Boil the water in a small pot.
Rub or crush 15-20 fresh mint leaves to release flavor.
Add the mint leaves to the boiling water and turn off the heat.
Allow the leaves to steep 15 minutes (or longer if you want a stronger flavor.)
Strain leaves out through a strainer and pour into cups.
If desired, add one teaspoon honey or sugar per cup or even a squeeze of lemon.
Serve either warm or cooled with ice.
