Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix your favorite cornmeal muffin batter.
Cut beef hot dogs into 3/4-inch pieces.
Lightly coat a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Place 1 tablespoon of cornmeal muffin batter into each muffin cup
Place 1 hot dog piece into the center of each batter filled muffin cup.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
