Oyster Cracker City Chicken

1 PKG city chicken (pork on sticks) frozen
1 CAN LG chicken broth
1 CUP(S) water
2 CUP(S) flour
2 eggs
1/4 CUP(S) milk
1 CUP(S) oyster crackers smashed
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP salt and pepper
1 TSP natures seasoning (or favorite seasoning)

In a shallow container mix eggs and milk until beaten well.
On 1 paper plate, add the smashed oyster crackers.
On another paper plate, mix 1 cup of flour and salt and pepper and seasoning.

Dredge meat in flour mixture coating all sides.
Then dredge meat in egg mixture coating all sides.
Then dredge meat in oyster crackers and place in hot oil.
Repeat for all meat.

Brown on all sides for 4 minutes until brown.
Place meat in class cooking dish.

Mix chicken broth, flour, and water to make a gravy.

Bake in over on 325 degrees F for 1 hour covered.

Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
