Before going on vacation this year, Mrs. Claus visited the North Pole City School to spend some time with the teachers and young elflings to see how they were progressing with their education. The school still uses slate boards for their writing exercises. Some of the boards are approaching 1000 years in age. They have kept this practice to help cut down on paper; however, Mrs. Claus found that it was not beneficial to some of the elflings to not have a worksheet that they could keep for reference to help practice their letters and words.
While she was on vacation this year, Mrs. Claus worked on some new worksheets that can be used by the North Pole City School to help with educating the young elflings on how to write using cursive letters, block letters (printing), cursive words, and printing words. She also put together a worksheet to help the elflings with writing their own story that they can create a picture to go with as well.
The school loves the new worksheets and Mrs. Claus (and teachers) thought it would be great to have these posted on the website so that a little elflings can go out at anytime and download a new fresh worksheet.
